Gov’t appointed Ashiq Hussian KAS, programme officer, ICDS project Baramulla as Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore. “He shall also hold an additional charge of the post of programme office, ICDS Project Baramulla, till further orders,” officials said.

Earlier the official transferred and posted as ADC did not join office for a month creating hurdles and difficulties for general public.

INS had reported that the former ADC is in no mood to join his new posting and is only trying to change his transfer orders.
