Ganderbal: The district administration Ganderbal on Wednesday ordered suspension of class work at Government Degree College Ganderbal as precautionary measure, apparently to prevent protests by students in wake of the recent killing of three militants, one of them from Ahmadnagar local of Srinagar which is less five kilometres from the college.  “Class work of Government Degree College Ganderbal shall remain suspended for 14 March (Wednesday),” reads an order issued by Dr Piyush Singla deputy commissioner Ganderbal.
