Locals told INS that the said NTHC not only lacks proper staffing but also testing lab too doesn’t function properly.

“There is lack of doctors, parmamedical staff and medicines in the medical facility,” locals accused.

Locals also said that the digital x-ray machine in the NTHC lies defunct as it has never been used from the day of installation.

“Ambulance was allotted to the NTHC but there is no driver for it. Authorities are playing a cruel joke with the rural people,” they said.

The residents claim that one of the lady doctors posted there has been ‘attached to main hospital’ creating more woes to the people.

“If anyone falls ill at night not a single employee is available,” said Abdul Ahad, a local resident.
