Srinagar: Clashes between protesters and government forces is going on in Gojwara, Hawal and Nowhatta area of old city Srinagar on Monday.

According to eye witnesses youth blocked road and did not let vehicular movement pass and as soon the government forces arrived clashes erupted.

“Stone pelting is going on in these areas,” eye witnesses said.

Heavy deployment of forces have been rushed to the spot.
