Mukhtiar Hussain while speaking to INS said that on February 20, his son, a labourer by profession, travelling in the matador received serious head injury at Bari Brahmana due to the “negligence” of Drive while de-boarding. “The driver left my boy along the roadside in an injured condition who was later admitted in Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital Bakshi Nagar Jammu for treatment by the passerby who noticed his severe condition and he is still in the ICU in critical condition,” he said.
He urged upon the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to help in lodging FIR against the accused Matador driver who left the injured son along the roadside in a bleeding condition and demanded stern action against the driver under law so as to provide justice to the family.
