Asifa rape and murder: Traders body demands time bound judicial commission, shift case from Jmu to Sgr

Bijbehara: All Traders and Manufacturers Association  Anantnag Monday marched on roads here, demanding speedy justice in ‘Asifa rape and murder’ case.

“Our hearts bleed, we demand speedy justice in this case. Capital punishment should be given to the culprits involved in this heinous crime,” Hakeem Sajad, General secretary of ATMAA said.

Sajad said that they urge government to order a time bound judicial commission headed by chief justice of Jammu and Kashmir, ‘besides transferring the case from Jammu to Srinagar High court for further hearings.’

“Asifa is our daughter and we will stand for our daughters justice,” protesters said.
