Medical Camp organized in Poonch’s LoC village

Mendhar: Block Medical Officer (BMO) Mendhar in Poonch district, Dr Pervaiz Khan on the directions of higher authorities, organized a medical camp at village Sagra near LoC in Mendhar. The mega medical camp was inaugurated by SDM Mendhar Rahul Yadav
More than 500 persons were examined by doctors and medical advice was provided to them. A team of doctors along with paramedical staff provided their services to the people.
The camp catered for the medical needs of the locals of the area. The specialists carried out detailed check-up, diagnosed and distributed free medicines on spot. Old aged people, women, men and children were benefitted by the medical camp.
The locals visiting the camp were also educated about various lifestyles inviting diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes, Hepatitis and Typhoid, besides various water borne diseases.
