IED fitted in pressure cooker detected, defused in Pampore

Pulwama: Paramilitary CRPF on Wednesday detected and defused an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) device, planted near New Byepass in Pampore area of this South Kashmir.
Official sources told INS that a patrol of 110 battalion Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF) found a 3- litre pressure cooker in Kandizal-Tangpora area opposite railway station Pampore in Pulwama district in which an IED was fitted.
Later, bomb disposal squad was called and later the IED was defused.
