9 KAS among 17 officers transferred

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: Seventeen officers, nine of them KAS, have been transferred by the government in the interest of administration on Friday.
According to separate orders, Masarat Hashim (KAS), Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, has transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Ghulam Rasool Wani (KAS), Collector, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Sumira Shamim (KAS), Secretary, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, has been asked to hold the charge of the post of Collector, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
Hamida Akhter (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (East), has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora.
Bashir Ahmad Bhat (KAS), Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla, against an available vacancy.
Nissar Ahmad Malik (KAS), Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue.
Masood Ahmad Qazi (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chatroo, has been transferred and posted as
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Pulwama.
Gopal Singh (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Koteranka, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Akhnoor.
Ravinder Sharma (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vijaypur, has been transferred and posted as
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chowki-Chowra.
Sunaina Sharma, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Akhnoor, has been transferred and posted as Secretary,
Jammu Municipal Corporation, against an available vacancy.
Rakesh Gupta, Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Jammu Development Authority.
Sanjeev Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marwah, as been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vijaypur, vice Mr. Ravinder Sharma.
Vinay Kumar Sarnotra, Secretary, Jammu Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Jasmeet Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chowki-Chowra, has been transferred and posted as
Assistant Commissioner (Nazool), Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Rafiq Ahmad Lone, CDPO, Gurez, has been transferred and posted as Project Manager, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme, Bandipora, against an available vacancy. “He shall also hold the charge of the post of Deputy District Election Officer, Bandipora, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.”
The government also orders Firdous Hussain, Under Secretary to the Government, Science & Technology Department and Ishtaq Ahmad Bhat, Under Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, to swap their present places of postings, with immediate effect.
