Pulwama: A cordon and search operation has been launched by government forces in Syedabad Pastuna village of south Kashmir’s Tral on Monday evening.
Official sources told INS that government forces launched search operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
The search operation in the area was going on when this report was filed.
Syedabad Pastuna is the nearby village of Mushtaq Ahmad Chopan , a militant who was arrested by forces at Sopore on Sunday.
