Sopore: Unidentified gunmen on Wednesday evening shot dead a 25-year-old youth at Herwan Bomia Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Official sources said that the gunmen fired upon the youth, Arif Ahmad Sofi (25) son of Mohammad Maqbool Sofi of Wahipora Unisoo at Herwan Bomia Sopore.
He was rushed to the local hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, they said. The slain youth was medical representative by profession, they said.
