Lahore: In a reaction to Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav’s meeting with his family in Islamabad, JKLF chairman Yasin Malik’s wife Mushaal Mullick said a alleged spy was allowed to meet his family but a Kashmiri leader’s family was not allowed a meeting in three years.

It has been at least three years since Yasin Malik’s wife and daughter had not been allowed to meet with him, she said in a video statement.

“Today, Kubhushan Jadhav, who has himself conceded that he was involved in ‘spying’ activities and creating unrest in Karachi and Balochistan, has been allowed to meet his wife and mother on humanitarian grounds,” she said.

Convicted Indian spy’s meeting with his mother and wife came to an end after 40 minutes of time at Pakistan Foreign Office in Islamabad today.

Jadhav’s family members were accompanied by Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh during the meeting.

“The lives of Kashmiris have no value and we have no rights just because [we] are struggling against India in a fight for freedom.”

“This leaves a question for the world as well as India,” she said, as she concluded the video.

She said, “this is the India, the democracy and the champion of human rights who seeks help from International Court of Justice to help a terrorist, but would not grant permission to a Kashmiri to meet his family.”
