Shop gutted in fire at Sopore

Srinagar, Dec 20: A shop was gutted in fire at main chowk Sopore in north Kashmir on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, a fancy studio shop was destroyed in fire believed to be caused due to short circuit. However no loss of life was reported.

Meanwhile, officials confirmed to INS that after receiving the information about fire incident, a team of fire tenders rushed to the spot and put fire under control. However, minor damage was reported in the mishap, officials said.

Meanwhile, police has registered a report in this regard.
