Srinagar, December 18: A drug peddler was arrested and contraband substance was recovered from his possession in Bandipora, police said on Monday.
‘A drug peddler was arrested during patrolling of the area. The drug peddler was identified as Mohammad Shafi @ Shafi Tailor son of Abdul Rahim resident of Langerpora Chittaybanday,” police said in a statement.
A case FIR number 33/2017 under section 08/20 NDPS ACT was registered and investigation was taken up.
