Pulwama: The subscribers of telecommunication companies, like Airtel, Aircel , JIO and others have have complained about erratic mobile phone services and poor internet services at Narastan Village of Tral in South Kashmir.

The subscribers told INS that we are unable to contact our nears and dears as every time we dial the number, the network comes busy or number does not exist or shows not network coverage. They said that call drops are frequent in the area due to poor network.

“We always visit to nearby forest area to make phone call due to the network error in the area ,” one of the subscribers said, adding that Aircel was the only hope but that too left us on the mercy of God.

“Other telecommunication companies never reached here but at least Aircel should restart better services for the people here as most of the users here use Aircel since long time ,” Mudasir Ahmad told INS , adding the concerned officials in the telecom company should take immediate measures to improve the service in the area.

The subscribers said that despite several complaints and requests, the concerned company failed to improve services in the area.
