Baramulla: Residents of Drangbal village in north Kashmir’s Baramulla District are up in arms against the roads and buildings department for ignoring the local road which is giving tough time to the commuters.

Alleging the district administration of improper approach towards the area which according to them have resulted in non-development of the area. Due to bad condition of road the commuters are facing problems.

The inhabitants told INS that due to pathetic condition of the road students, employees and also patients face immense hardships to reach their respective destinations.

They added that authorities have failed us on every front because of their step-motherly approach that we are yet to see any development in our village.

The residents said that roads around main town is in dilapidated condition and yet to get repaired or magdamized.

Meanwhile the locals have appealed the concerned authorities to look into the issues for an immediate redressal.

When contacted officials in R&B department Baramulla told that the work on said link road has been started through PMGSY and within short period of time they will be able to move easily without facing problem anymore.
