Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of three judicial officers in the interest of administration.

According to an order by Registrar Judicial, Mohammad Akram Chaudhary, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar against the vacancy caused due to the superannuation ·of Rashid Ali Dar.

Sanjeev Gupta, Special Judge Anti-corruption, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kathua.

Sonia Gupta, Additional Sessions Judge Anti-corruption cases, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti corruption, Jammu. “She shall also hold the additional charge of the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge Anti-corruption Cases, Jammu till further orders,” the Registrar added.
