Kulgam: An over ground worker, Altaf Sheikh, has been arrested by Army, and had been working for Hizbul Mujahideen and Lashkar e Taiba outfits, sources said.
“He was a close confidante of Hizbul Mujahideen & LeT militants operating in Qaimoh belt of Kulgam district,” police sources said.
Official confirmation is awaited.
