Kupwara: With no success in sight forces have called off the week long anti militancy operation in Zurhama and Keran forests of Kupwara district of north Kashmir.

The operation was launched after Army received casualties and some others were injured during gunfights in Zurhama and Keran gunfights last week.

“Nothing was left to chance and search operation were conducted extensively,” sources in police said.
