SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 28:  According to the Power Controller, Kashmir Province, PDD Srinagar, in order to carry out stringing of 400 KV DC LILO between dead-end-AP1 line inn and AP1-2 line out power supply from receiving station Kongamdara, Kunzar, and Dobiwan shall remain affected on November 29 and 30 from 9 am to 5 pm.
