Jammu, Nov 17 : A Jammu-based social activist Sukesh C Khajuria has knocked the door of District Magistrate, Jammu and filed complaint against National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and actor Rishi Kapoor on their remarks on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
Mr Khajuria, who is also former member of prominent citizen’s advisory committee constituted by Jammu and Kashmir Government, in an application to the District Magistrate, Jammu has sought action under section 196 CrPC against Dr Abdullah and Bollywood Actor Rishi Kapoor for alleged sedition charges for accepting PoK as part of Pakistan.
In an application to the District Magistrate, Jammu, Mr Khajuria has urged for filing complaint against them for Commission of offence under section 124-A RPC (Sedition) and other provisions of Law.
