Srinagar, Nov 13: As a step to boost the Civil Administration – Military relationship in Gulmarg sector, a cricket match was organised by Army unit at Gulmarg under the aegis of Himalayan Brigade.
The match was played between the Army and the employees of Gulmarg Gandola on Sunday.
The thrilling 15 overs match commenced with aggressive batting by the ‘Gulmarg Gandola 11’ followed by splendid performance by the Army Team. The helipad was full of spectators who cheered on every ball. In the end, a hearty interaction over sumptuous refreshments provided a platform to discuss aspects to further improve relations between Army and the Civil Administration in the area.
