Srinagar: A delegation of Scouts and Guides celebrated foundation day by gifting scouts scarf to Div Com, DC Srinagar and Director Education Kashmir.

The delegation visited offices of the officials to include them in the celebration of National Foundation cum Flag day celebrated in Kashmir Harvard School, Srinagar.

The scouts and guides visited the offices of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir-Baseer Ahmad Khan (IAS), District Development Commissioner-Srinagar Abid Rashid Shah (IAS), Director DSEK

Ghulam Nabi Itoo and honoured them with Scouting Scarfs.

The delegation was headed by Divisional Training Commissioner, Imran Khan, Marouf Abdullah PRO Srinagar, Abid chairman The Bounvivant School and Insha, Guide captain Hattrick public school.

The aim was to include the dignitaries in their celebrations.

The delegates presented special Scouts Foundation Day stickers to the dignitaries and collected cash donations from them. The delegation also presented special mementos to the officers.

The Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir and Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar assured delegates that they’ll extend their best of support to strengthen J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides mission in Kashmir.
