Srinagar: National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Working President Omar Abdullah on Thursday felicitated people on the annual Urs-e-Mubarak of Sheikh Noor-ud-din Noorani (RA).
In a joint message, Dr. Farooq and Omar Abdullah said Sheikh Noor-ud-din Noorani (RA)’s timeless values and teachings continue to guide people towards the righteous path of selfless devotion, spirituality and servitude. “Hazrat Alamdar-e-Kashmir (RA)’s message of kindness and selflessness needs to be emulated in every aspect of life and his legacy will continue to form the bedrock of our rich cultural and spiritual inheritance”, Dr. Farooq and Omar said in the message.
The NC President and Working President prayed for peace and normalcy in the State on the occasion of the annual Urs. Former Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather also felicitated the people on the occasion of the annual Urs and prayed for peace and prosperity in the State.
