Baramulla: Lashkar e Taiba, LeT, commander Mehmood Bhai carried out the killing of off-duty Border Security Force (BSF) Constable Ramiz Ahmad Parray, DIG North Kashmir Nitish Kumar Thursday.

Parray was shot by suspected militants inside his home last night while four of his family members were injured in the shooting.
Kumar was talking to journalists in Baramulla, he added that LeT commander was accompanied by few more militants when the killing took place in Hajin area of Bandipora district.
