Srinagar: National Investigation Agency has summoned Kashmir University scholar Ala Fazili to be present at the agencies headquarters on September 25.

Fazili, resident of Humhama,  is persuing Phd in Pharmacy department of the varsity.

According to varsity sources the notice was not addressed to the scholars home address but to Fazili’s department and policemen from Nigeen poiice station delivered the notice on Friday.
