Kulgam: All shops , business establishments and educational institutions are closed in Kulgam for second consecutive day, while public transport is off the roads.
A shutdown is being observed in Kulgam after two militants- Dawood Ahmad Allai of Hawoora and Sayar Ahmad Wani of Wanpora- were killed during a gunfight in Khudwani area of the district on Monday.
