Srinagar: The government employees will get salary for the month of on August 28 in view of the Eid- ul-Azha being celebrated on September 2.
An official spokesman said that the orders in this regard were issued by Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti by responding to the demand of the employees of the State Government.
She directed the preponement of release of salary for the month to August 28 and gave the direction on a proposal moved by the Finance Department in this regard on Saturday.
