Srinagar: Congress leader and former finance minister Tariq Hameed Karra was accepted as a private respondent by the Supreme Court in the ‘Article 35A case’ on Friday .
“The plea has been accepted by the Honourable Supreme Court and I have been accepted as a private party into the case,” Karra told a local news gathering agency.
SC on Friday also agreed to hear the case after Diwali.
