Police recovered ‘illegal liqour’, while one person was arrested for possession of it on Friday in Ganderbal.
On specific information Police station Gund Kangan recovered liquor bottles at Gagangeer, quantity of ten bottles Rum (750 ml each), and (48) fourty eight canes Beer, police said.
Identified as Mukash Sharma S/O Dev Raj Sharma R/O Paranal kathua from Jammu, was illegally selling liquor in Gagangeer area .
Case has been registered in police station Gund FIR 22/2017 U/S 48 Exercise Act and investigation has been taken up, police said.
