Srinagar: A meeting of various constituents of Hurriyat Conference led by Syed Ali Geelani is underway at his residence cum office at Hyderpora Srinagar.
According to sources meeting is chaired by Geelani and ‘Ghulam Nabi Sumji, Gh Ali Gulzar, Muhammad Ramzan Khan are among the people present in the meeting.”
“General Secretary Tehreek e Hurriyat Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai is not present in the meeting,” sources said.
According to sources ‘working of Hurriyat Conference will be discussed, NIA raids possible scrapping of Article 35-A related to the State Subject Law of Jammu and Kashmir will be deliberated upon.”
Police did not allow media to enter the Hurriyat office.
