Srinagar: Day after United States declared Hizbul Mujahideen a ‘designated terrorist organization’ Pakistan has called the decision as ‘saddening’.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria was reported to have told weekly media briefing that the people of ‘Kashmir have been struggling for their right to self-determination.’

Zakaria also said that the primary bone of contention between India and Pakistan is the Kashmri Issue which must be resolved through ‘dialogue’, reports added.

According to reports Zakaria said that the ‘Occupation forces of India’ have in past used excessive force against the people of Kashmir and is ‘still using excessive force’, reports said.
