Srinagar: Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohamad Yasin Malik denounced civilian killing in Tral and called peaceful protest on June 23th after Friday prayers.
Killing graph has escalated said JLS and added that forces enjoy impunity and it is the direct outcome of the threat statement of Indian army chief, said joint resistance leadership.
In a statement issued to KNS, leadership said we feel aggrieved about this gruesome incident and have resented such incidents, however keeping in mind Shab-e-Qadar and Jumaat-ul Wida, it is not possible to call shutdown, but we will stage protest demonstration against the brutal killing.
Strongly criticizing international community for their silence over these inhuman episodes, the leadership said that more than ten lakh armed personnel have virtually declared war on innocent civilians in state.
Paying tributes to slain youth including a civilian, the joint leadership expressed deep concern over the continuous loss of lives of mujahedeen and said few black sheep in society are providing inputs about the presence of brave hearts. It is heart wrenching for us. Denouncing these criminals, the JLS stated that it is extreme shameful act & highly condemnable.
They must be answerable for their criminalities and will in hereafter face the wrath of Almighty Allah, said leadership.
Blaming Indian authorities for continuous bloodshed and uncertainty, the resistance leadership said that the arrogance, haughtiness and unrealistic approach of Indian authorities is the basic reason for chaos in state.
They don’t care for the aspiration of people instead rely on their military might, said they.
Youth lay their lives to end the age-old slavery of their nation & putting a huge responsibility, said leadership and added that we are dutybound to carry their mission to its logical end. (KNS)
