Shab-e-Barat to be observed tonight

Srinagar: Shab-e-Barat, the night of reverence and divine blessings, is being observed tonight by the Mulsims across Jammu and Kashmir with reverence, devotion and religious fervor, offering nightlong prayers to seek Allah’s blessing and forgiveness.
Large congregations will be held at major religious places including Hazratbal shrine, Chrar-e-Sharif.
Congregational prayers will be held tonight at Jamia Masjid in Nowhatta where Hurriyat (M) Mirwaiz Umar Farooq will deliver sermon. (KNS)
