Global Warning – Kashmir Chapter has been adjudged as the 2nd Best film award (Silver) in Long Unit film Category at Handle Climate Change Film Festival at Shenzhen, China.

1254 films from 93 countries across the globe were part of first round, 65 film made through jury process for second round and only 26 films for the 3rd the final round, 3 films were chosen for honors in Long Unit film Category.

Global Warning – Kashmir Chapter will be screened across the metropolitan cites of China.

GWKC, a documentary film on Climate Change, is a story of three progressive farmers Cherry (Samad Khan (76) Pashtun), Almonds Mohammad Shafi (68) and Saffron Haji Abdul Aziz (75) from Pampore.

The documentary showcases how these crops from Kashmir loose its place due to environmental hazards, climate changes and urbanization.
