Srinagar, April 19: Former judge and Ex-member of erstwhile J&K State Human Rights Commission, Qazi Mohammad Muzaffar-Ud-Din, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, his family said. A multifaceted charismatic personality, he was a great social worker besides being a jurist Par excellence. His congregational Fateh Khawani will be held on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at Zakura Srinagar, according to the family.
