Dr Darakhshan greets people on Me’raj-un-Nabi (SAW) & Maha Shivaratri

Srinagar: J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Darakhshan Andrabi has greeted people on Me’raj-un-Nabi (SAW) & Mahashivratri festivals falling today night. In her message Dr Andrabi said that Me’raj-un-Nabi (SAW) signifies the highest spiritual excellence of the great prophet of peace and his all encompassing humanist role on this planet while as Shivratri represents the unison of the creator and his manifestations for the benifit of the cosmos. “The message of these festivals inspires us to transcend the parochial borders of region, faith and time and transport us to the world of eternity which is the world of all-good”, said Dr Darakhshan in her message. She said that our inclusiveness depicts true spirit of humanity during our celebration of spirituality in India. While congratulating people on these festivals Dr Andrabi prayed for the well being of whole of humanity, peace & prosperity of our country and a bright future of all in J&K.
