Srinagar, Jan: Amid heightened security arrangements on the even of January 26, suspected militants hurled a grenade on joint team of police and CRPF at Hari Singh High street area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday.

A top Police officer confirmed the blast. A doctor at SMHS hospital here said three persons were brought to hospital with minor splinter wounds.

Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the fleeing militants, they said.
