J&K Reports 168 New Covid-19 Cases

Srinagar, Sept 19 : Jammu and Kashmir reported 168 new covid-19 cases while there was no death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Sunday.
They said 15 of the cases were reported from Jammu Division and 153 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total count to 327941.
There was no death due to the virus during the time. So far 4416 people have died— 2169 in Jammu division and 2247 in Kashmir.
Giving district wise details, the officials said that Srinagar reported 92 cases, Baramulla 12, Budgam 20, Pulwama 4, Kupwara 3, Anantnag 8, Bandipora 2, Ganderbal 12, Kulgam 0, Shopian 0, Jammu 5, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 3, Doda 6, Kathua 0, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 0.
A number of these cases were confirmed at CD hospital’s diagnostic labouratory and include The CD cases include male (27) from Kulgam, female (55) from Khanyar, female (46) from Kanitar, male (18) from Shai Tokina, male (10) from Nowpora Pul, male (70) from Lonepore Newa, female (30) from Parigam Pul, male (17) from Khonmoh Srg, male (18) from Assam, male (12) from Pattan, male (30) and two females (48, 31) from Zadibal, two females (21, 47) from Nabdipora, male (28) from Hawal, two females (25, 32) from Lal Bazar, male (51) from Zadibal, female (27) from Alamgiri Bazar, male (51) from Amdakadal, two males (42, 69) from Lal Bazar, male (NA) from Buchpora Srg, male (NA) from Chattabal Srg, male (72) from Nishat, male (76) and four females (35, 30, 37, 56) from NA, two females (27, 22) from Nowgam, female (60) from Mirgund Baramulla, male (14) from Balhama Srg, female (28) from Rajouri Kadal, male (25) from Srinagar, female (45) from Humhama Budgam, female (48) from SDH, male (45) and female (39) from Zeethyar Nerground Plan and two females (48, 46) from BHSS HAZ.
Moreover, they said, 154 more COVID-19 patients have recovered—26 from Jammu and 128 from Kashmir. With them, 322032 people have recovered. There are 1493 active cases in J&K—227 in Jammu and 1266 in Kashmir.
Meanwhile, there was one fresh confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today, they said. So far 46 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials added.
