Judicial Magistrate Dangiwachi Baramulla Easar-ul-Nabi rejected the bail application of Ashiq Salaam Mir after hearing Akhtar Rasool, AAP for J&K, as well as Mir’s counsel advocate Hilal Ahmad.
“The accused has been working as a team member in the Kashmir Crown which has received money which is under scanner as per police investigation. Allowing an application by SHO of police station Baramulla, Sub Judge Baramulla ordered shifting of the custody from FIR no. 145/2021 to FIR no. 194/2021.
