Poonch, Oct 20: An 18-year-old youth was killed when a motor cycle he was riding skidded off the road in Poonch district of Jammu region on Tuesday.
Official sources said the accident took place near Jamia Masjid Ari when a motorcycle (JK11-5771) skidded off the road, resulting in severe injuries to the rider Sadaqat Hussain son of Abdul Majeed of Kandi Galhutta. He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Mendhar where the doctors declared dead, they said. Station House Officer Mendhar Manzoor Kohli confirmed the death of the youth in the accident and said that a case has been registered in connection with the incident.
