Srinagar: A Keegam Shopian resident was on Saturday arrested along with some suspicious substances including rods that might be used making IEDs.
The arrested person has been identified as Amir Amin Bukhari of Bala Nowpora Keegam.
Police had raided his residence to arrest him.
According to sources some suspicious substances including rods were recovered from his possession.
Officials claimed that they are looking into all angles including whether the recovered objects were being used in making IEDs.
