On the Labour Day, peaceful protest held in Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Wednesday under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir co-ordination committee of Trade Union (JKCCTU), demanding ‘rights and honorable living conditions.’

The protest demonstration were held in Beehama park at Ganderbal in remembrance of the May Day Martyrs who sacrificed their lives on 4th may 1886 in Shigago city.

The employees also took a procession from Public park Beehama up to the Mini Secretariat Ganderbal.

They sought fulfillment of their longstanding demands without any delay.

The demonstration were held under the banner of J&K co-ordination of trade Union.
