Srinagar: Delegation of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry Wednesday met Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order, Muneer Khan and discussed the recent attack on Kashmiri bussinessman in Shimla.

Tradera fraternity was led by Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad, President met Muneer Khan regarding  the attacks on Kashmiri shopkeepers in Rohru Tehsil, Shimla.

Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad expressed the concern felt by the business community of the state over repeated attacks,  harassment, and intimidation of Kashmiri traders.

Additional Director General of Police,  Khan, assured full support of J&K Police as may be required in this case,  press statement said.

The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry is also scheduled to meet the Vijay Kumar, Hon’ble Advisor to Governor tomorrow regarding this issue.

Meanwhile  President, KCC&I is in constant touch with the victims of the recent violence in Shimla.
