Tral : A person, who was seriously injured in an accident near college road in Tral area of Pulwama district on Wenesday evening, died today.
The deceased has been identified as Mohd Amin Reshi, resident of Bus Stand in downtown Tral, who was working in forest department as Chowkidar.
Deceased was injured, after a load carrier hit him, when he was on his way near college road Tral yesterday, and had suffered serious injuries.
Civil society Tral expressed resentment against authorities for failing to start widening process on roads in Tral, and called narrow roads as the main cause of accidents.
Chairman civil society Tral, Ishfaq Ahmad Kar, told INS that, “roads were not widened despite back to back requests, due to which many people have lost their lives and dozens injured since years.”
