Life returns to work in Anantnag after remaining shut for three days

Anantnag : Life is limbing back in Anantnag district remaining crippled for three days due to strike following killing of local militants.

Two Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) militants were killed by government forces at Lal Chowk on Wednesday in an encounter which ensued during a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO).
Shops and business establishments reopened and traffic was also plying normally on all routes in Anantnag and adjoining areas.
Work in government offices was normal.
However, additional security forces remained deployed in the town and other sensitive areas to prevent any law and order problem .
Business and other activities also resumed at Khudwani and adjoining areas.
