BVR Subramanyam, a top Chattisgarh bureaucrat was appointed as new chief secretary of the state.

According to sources Vyas will be serving as adviser to the governor Vohra.

“Formal orders in this regard will be issued soon,” sources confided.

the development comes after BJP decided to part ways with PDP thus breaking the government leading to imposition of governors rule.

In 2016, when the state had come under the same rule, two retired IAS officers, Parvez Dewan and Khurshid Ahmad Ganai were appointed as his advisers.

Jammu and Kashmir came under Governor’s rule on Wednesday after President of India approved for the same.
