IUST organises one day workshop on Scholarly Writing

Pulwama: Library department of Islamic University of Science and Technology Awantipora, in collaboration with “Springer Nature”, on Friday organised one day workshop On “Scholarly Writing and Publishing” at university auditorium here.

On the occasion, large of students and scholars participated in the said workshop besides university staff.

Young research scholar and consultant “Springer Nature” Dr Geetika Sareen, was the chief guest there.

Addressing the participants, Dr Geetika gave important suggestions and provided special information to the participants regarding scholarly writing and publishing. She also delivered some good lectures on relevant topics through projecters.

While talking to INS, Dr Geetika said that such workshops will help the students and authors to develop their writing and publishing skills very well.

Meanwhile, Chief Librarian , Syed Riyaz Rufai, was also present on that occassion , who presented the vote of thanks to the guests.
