Srinagar, Oct 30: Qazi Rafiq, elder brother of Qazi Irshad, Editor-in-Chief of INS News, passed away after a brief illness.
The deceased was laid to rest at their ancestral graveyard at Budshah Tomb, Zaina Kadal.
A large number of people participated in the funeral prayers of Qazi Rafiq today, held at 11:00 AM at Zaina Kadal.
Meanwhile, after laid to rest, the family said that the congregational Fateha Khawani will be held on Monday (November 2) at 10:30 AM at their ancestral graveyard.
Moreover, the INS management expressed grief over the demise of Qazi Rafiq and said “we equally share their grief.”
The management participated in the funeral prayers and prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul.
They also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for their courage and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
