JAMMU, JULY 15: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Wednesday extended his heartiest congratulations to the Rajouri District Administration and Department of Culture, J&K on inclusion of historic Bhairav Yatra of Rajouri to the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) of India.
